Delete your Big One account

Big One by Monggi

Option 1: in the game (instant)

1. Open Big One and sign in.
2. Tap the gear in the top-right corner of the title screen.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the game, email us from your LPU email address so we can confirm the account is yours.

We will delete your account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and account ID
• All saved game progress: completed buildings, collected items, and your selected character

Nothing else is kept, apart from Supabase's short-term server logs, which expire on their own. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same LPU email, but you'll start with fresh progress.
